Blackduck School is seeking a full-time, year-round, Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds beginning with the 2026/27 school year. This position is non-union. Applicants must be able to pass a background check, possess a Boilers License, be able to work shifts, have
strong leadership skills, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the custodial field. Salary for this position would range from $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience. The salary for the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds will have mandatory deductions for Minnesota Public Employee’s Retirement, unless the hired individual is an annuitant in the State of Minnesota. Full-time Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds will receive full-time benefits under their employment Agreement. An annual 403(b) match of $2,500 is
available in the first year of employment. Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life and long-term disability insurance, are available through the employer for the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds.
