Blackduck School is seeking a K-12 Music Instrumental Teacher beginning with the 2026/27 school year the teacher pay scale begins at BS, Step 1, $48,710 and ends at MS+45, Step 13, $81,921. Salaries for teachers have mandatory deductions for Minnesota Teachers Retirement, unless the teacher is an annuitant in the State of Minnesota. Full-time teachers, .71 FTE and higher, will receive full-time benefits under the Teacher Master Agreement. Part-time teachers will receive pro-rated benefits if they meet criteria to participate in a particular benefit. An annual 403(b) match is available in the first year of employment. Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life and long-term disability insurance, are available through the employer for full-time teachers. Blackduck Public School is seeking Substitute Bus Drivers for immediate placement on the sub roster. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing requirements. Possessing a CDL endorsement for school buses is a plus, but applicants would be trained upon taking and passing the written CDL test. The rate of pay for all substitute driving is $29.19 per hour.
