If you've been infected (or suspect so), please take the following steps to revoke access to your email and contacts (immediately).
Update 05/04/17: The bogus App has been administratively revoked for all users.
If you want to review which Apps have access to your account...
Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security#connectedapps
Sign in
Click on MANAGE APPS
It won't hurt to remove any other Apps that you don't recognize. You can always allow access again later if needed.
Once you've revoked access, please continue on below to change your password.

Even if you don't suspect infection...
- It is always a good idea to regularly change your password and this seems like a great occasion to do it. Whether you suspect infection or not, please change your password.
- Sign in to https://myaccount.google.com/.
- Under "Sign-in & security," select Signing in to Google.
- Choose Password. If you see a prompt to sign in again, sign in.
- Enter your new password, then select Change Password.
- Also, consider doing a security checkup on your account. When's the last time you did that? http://g.co/SecurityCheckup
- Lastly, continue to be vigilant. Think twice before clicking any link. If something looks suspicious, it requires more investigation.
