Distance Learning Repair Process
Chromebook issues during the COVID-19 distance learning situation:
Many Chromebook issues that arise are simple to resolve. Please see the Troubleshooting page.
If you are not able to resolve a Chromebook issue using these basic troubleshooting tips, then please submit a Help Request form, available at blackduck.k12.mn.us/help. If you fill out the form to initiate the process, please indicate your preferred method of contact, and supply your phone number or email address. That information will only be used to coordinate the repair.
Alternatively, if you do not have access to the form, you may call the school to request repair.

Repair Process:
We will work with each student/family individually on arrangements for getting the Chromebook in for repair. A loaner Chromebook will be available for the student to use during the repair process. Once the repairs are complete, we will coordinate exchanging the devices back again.
Any devices that we take in from students will undergo a series of precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. These precautions include manual disinfecting and isolation for a minimum of three days. Likewise, any devices going back out from school to students will be subject to the same precautions. The safety of our students and staff is our primary concern.
