Now Accepting Bids for the 2022-23 Building Trades Home

​Blackduck School is accepting sealed bids for the 2022-2023 Building Trades home. This year’s home is 22.5’ x 56’, 1260 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Minimum bid $92,500, with 10% down at time of bid.
Bids are due by August 3, 2022, at 12:00 noon. Bid and check must be in sealed envelope labeled “House Bid”. Bid opening at 1:00 p.m., August 4, 2022, in the District Office. Successful bidder will be approved at the August 8, 2022, School Board meeting, held at 7:00 p.m. in the HS Media Center.
