District Bullying Policy - 

Policy
Bullying Definition:
*  Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct that is objectively offensive and:
- There is an actual or perceived imbalance of power and the behavior is repeated or forms a pattern; OR
- Materially or substantially interferes with the student's educational opportunities or performance or ability to participate in school      functions or activities or receive school benefits, services, or privileges.


Cyber Bullying Definition:
* Bullying using technology or other electronic communication, including, but not limited to:
- A transfer of a sign, signal, writing, image, sound, or data, including:
- A post on a social network, internet website, or forum transmitted through a computer, cell phone, or other electronic device.


Reporting:
Reports will be given to the Building Principal or Dean of Students.
Provide your identity if you wish but it is not necessary.
Please include the following:
            - Who was the Bully?
            - Where did it happen?
            - What are the details of the event?
Report using the comment box below or by contacting
 High School Principal or Elementary School Principal.
