Blackduck School is accepting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 Building Trades home.
This year’s home is 24’ x 56’, 1344 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Minimum bid $105,000, with 10% down at time of bid.
Bids due by August 4, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Bid and check
must be in sealed envelope labeled “House Bid”.
Bid opening at 1:00 p.m., August 5, 2026, in the District Office.
Successful bidder will be approved at the August 10, 2026, school board meeting,
held at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Media Center.
