Who are we?

Blackduck Public School serves approximately 620 students grades K-12. We are consistently one of the highest performing schools in Minnesota and offer a wholesome, educational environment with a variety of opportunities. Blackduck Elementary offers low class sizes enabling a student teacher ratio that encourages more individualized instruction.  Our high school students pursue coursework based on their particular needs and interests. In addition to exceeding the state's requirements for core classes, high school students take advanced placement, agriculture, building trades, art, music, graphic arts, online, and physical education classes. Because we offer the highest quality education at all levels, we encourage open enrollment and send buses to several other communities. We are proud to promote our local heritage, community, and economy because we know that Blackduck is a great place for families!
